The fully automatic densitometer, developed and manufactured independently by our company, complies with the GB/T23561.2-2009 standard "Method for Determination of True Density of Coal and Rock—True Density Analysis by Gas Expansion Method." This intelligent analytical instrument utilizes the gas expansion displacement principle and is computer-controlled to automatically detect fundamental data such as true density, apparent density, and porosity of samples. Its advanced testing method makes it applicable in a wider range of fields compared to similar instruments, making it an essential analytical tool for modern mining units and testing institutions at all levels.

Performance Features

One-click startup enables fully automatic operation, with software simultaneously calculating parameters such as true density, apparent density, and porosity. Functions include printing, storing, and querying experimental reports, setting permissions, and accessing help.

The entire testing process is completed in 1-2 minutes, with a testing accuracy better than ±0.02%, repeatability better than ±0.015%, and a resolution of 0.0001 g/ml.

It has a wide application range, suitable for samples of various volumes above 0.01 ml. Testable parameters include true density, apparent density, porosity, skeletal volume, and apparent volume.

The modular gas path structure features no pipeline connections between valves, reducing potential leakage points. The uniform temperature field ensures overall air tightness superior to similar products.

Equipped with 8 liters of high-purity inert helium gas, purity ≥99.99%, to avoid adsorption interference from other gases affecting experimental results.
